Backyard weddings are intimate and cozy affairs. Often in a family member's beautiful home, filled with real memories and stories, the bride and groom is surrounded by their dearest family and friends. There's a different level of comfort - more relaxed and less stressed, as wedding days can sometimes be.

Miranda's family had the perfect home to house her and Chase's ceremony. The family gathered around the back patio that had been quaintly decorated as they said their vows beneath a skyscraper tree that held the family treehouse.

After the ceremony, we skipped through the neighborhood for their bridal portraits with the the warm and vibrant fall leaf colors in the background. The fall day wrapped up cozily as everyone began changing into pajamas and eating leftover wedding cake! Maaaybe the perfect ending, and I was so honored to be invited inside for it!
