To the two of you -
What stayed with me from my conversation with Leah was not only how important the traditions of your Orthodox Jewish celebration are, but how much you care about artistry, atmosphere, and the way the photographs feel. I can already picture a day full of layered movement: the anticipation before the ceremony, meaningful moments unfolding at once, the people you love filling the room, and the celebration taking on a life of its own. My job is to meet all of that with calm, careful attention, and to make photographs with real beauty and pulse. That is the story I would want to preserve for you: not a perfected version of the day, but the one that could only belong to you.

We build the visual language before I ever lift the camera. Through thoughtful conversations and close collaboration with Leah, we’ll shape a photography timeline around your traditions, priorities, and the moments that need room to unfold—so the day feels supported, never overproduced.

Direction when it serves the photograph. Observation when the moment is already doing something better. I’ll lead the visual story throughout the day, while a trusted local second photographer joins for the four to five hours when getting ready, portraits, the ceremony, and simultaneous Orthodox Jewish traditions benefit from two perspectives.

Your gallery is shaped as one complete story rather than a collection of disconnected highlights. My coverage concludes once the formal events are complete and the dancing is well underway—after the rituals, portraits, atmosphere, and energy of the celebration have all been fully held.
